Owls Annoy ME


Why did they become the symbol of wisdom and prosperity. for anceint Athens? They just stare and make occassional annoying screeching noises.

Owls are one of the most effecient predators on earth. They have unsurpassed nocturnal vision and are the only species of bird to have absolute silent flight. It's a formidable creature that deserves respect.

Yes they are amazing. Also, the one which is depicted in the picture above is what is known as the common "barn owl"....this is most likely of a different species than the one found in Greece or the one which is so famously seen sitting on Athena's shoulder.

What makes a sandwich authentically Italian? Bird crap on the bread, concealed with flour and semolina. Popeholes believe disease and suffering make for purgatorial redemption. That's why they build hospices instead of hospitals. Greeks were always known for uncluttered, consistent logic while the latrinos were always known for whimsical, irrational brute force. Look at how they crucified Spartacus and his men along the Ignatia Highway almost the same time they crucified Christ.
