Jews And Socialists Protest And Try To Ban Historian David Irving From Visiting Greece
I suppose this is how democracies practice intellectual freedom, or lack thereof:
The director of the "Everday Citizens' Action Group", set up by the Socialist member of parliament, Odysseas Voudouris, has demanded in an open letter to Prime Minister Costas Caramanlis that entry to the country be denied to the writer.
"The Action of Mr. Irving is incompatible with democracy," writes Mr. Coudouris, announcing "demonstrations by Greek citizens" if his visit takes place (Link)

The difference in behavioural patterns of expression between the sh... socialists and the paladins of righteousness lies in the simple fact that the socialists and fellow travellers are prepared to manifest themselves in an acerbic and aggresive taint, whereas the "righteous" ones shield behind slogans about "democracy is not working" and skulk away without asserting themselves. Where is the militancy, where is the aggressivenes, where is the courage of one's conviction that risks everything for the idea, for the cause ????.
Only when the beholders of the idea are prepared to run the entire gauntlet of the oppression can hope envision itself for a brighter tomorrow.
Let Irving come and speak, and if he is thwarted in his quest then react with action and more action.
